great pay
We offer highly competitive rates of pay in line with Department of Health consolidated scales. These are the most generous rates of pay available in our sector. While many of our roles require work at evening, weekends or overnight we pay generous additional payments such as double pay on Sundays and bank holidays.
work with meaning
Our jobs have meaning; either directly improving the quality of life of the people we support, or supporting our colleagues who directly do so.
state pension
All our staff benefit from a best in class defined benefit state pension that provides a state guaranteed return on retirement.
personal development
We offer challenging work that encourages professional growth, where staff are provided with ongoing training and development as part of their role. Employees are encouraged to explore opportunities for progression. This is borne out by the fact that the vast majority of our managers are developed internally and then promoted from frontline staff roles

generous sick pay
In the event you are unwell, we have one of the best sick pay plans in Ireland providing up to 3 months full and 3 months half pay if you are unable to work
employee assistance programme
Our Occupational Health Nurses support employees with personal and work related issues. Counselling and other professional supports are provided to promote the personal wellbeing of all employees
